Return & Refund Policy

At Go Do Something, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation

To initiate a return, please email godosomethingshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at godosomethingshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the error was on our end, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send the correct replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact godosomethingshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

Unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.

Exchanged items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
